Long Island Guitar Festival 2012

Please join us for the 20th annual Long Island Guitar Festival to be held April 16 to 22, 2012 at LIU Post.

Artists scheduled to appear at the 20th Anniversary Festival include LAGQ (Los Angeles Guitar Quartet), The Appassionata Trio, Benjamin Verdery, David Leisner, Jorge Caballero, Ana Vidovic, musicians from "A Midsummer Music Dream.", Bishop McGuinness High School Guitar Ensemble, Brentwood High School Guitar Ensemble and Emerging Artist Kevin Sherwin. (Please note: Carlo Domeniconi will be unable to appear at this year's Festival as previously announced.)

Featured at the Festival will be the World Premiere of Harrisdale Concerto for Guitar & Saw/Violin and Guitar Orchestra by Dr. Alan Hirsh, celebrating the Festival's twentieth anniversary.
