3 p.m. CONCERT: David Starobin. Mr. Starobin's program will focus on four leading composers from the guitar's first golden age: Matiegka, Molino, Sor and Giuliani. Starobin will play on a Viennese style guitar, made by Hermann Hauser in 1935. HR
